Our company is giving 21 paid leaves and 12 bank holidays in a yr...... we work 6 days in a week......can anyone pls tell me if this is as per the law or do we have to introduce any changes....

I was running through the policies you've attached......... it has mentioned SL ll not be carried forward. To my knowledge SL is carried forward and it ll lapse after a max limit of 90 days.
