Hi,
My husband recently cleared all rounds with XXX and was asked to fill details in the portal and submit all the documents. He did the same. Now the HR there says that the offer letter doe not consist salary structure and on his company they dont provide that. So he was asked to submit atleast a document stating the CTC at the time of joining and current. HE DID THE SAME and took Directors signature. There company also shifted to some other location and so the letter head consisted of old address and numbers so the HR thinks all this is fake. But my husband asked to verify as he knws all is true but she has made up her mind and seeing everything in that perspective. He is very upset and think ots wrong before verification they are stating it to be fake. Why will a person risk his current job on fake documnets when he knws in verification he will be thrown out. PLEASE SUGGEST as this opportunity is a golden one for him. If its reaching XXX HR please look into this matter as he is not accepting the fact that on being everything correct he wont go back to loose this opportunity.
THANKS

Hello Vaishali Chandna,
Usually Companies that don't provide any Salary details in their Offer letters give Appointment Letters with complete salary details & breakup after joining. Doesn't your husband have that Doc?
And how long did he work in this Company? Did he get any Salary Hike or Promotion? If Yes, those Docs would be of use to prove his exp here.
What's the size of the present Company?
Frankly, you can't blame the HR of XXX.....after all they are doing their job. In these days of everything turning out to be fake.....including the Degrees....they surely would like to take all precautions.
Another way--ask your husband to take ANOTHER Letter from his Director stating the change of address....mentioning the old one & the new one......including the dates of the locations from/to. That should help.
All the Best.
