Hi, I want to introduce an R & R policy for my employees, it is a CA firm with 35-45 employees, please help. I do not have a big budget for this.

Dear Forum Colleague,
R&R does not always have to monetary to individuals. There are other ways to promote R & R in an organisation - for e.g., you can consider doing employee recognition forums like town halls, seeking feedback from clients and sharing some of those in the town halls, ask them to lead on some core work area for their excellent performance, consider the thought of "CEO for a day", pick one or two skill enhancement support programs, nominate for conferences/client calls, identify some passion element like painting/singing/aerobics, etc and sponsor for a month - these will not only boost morale for only one person specific also as an organisation there will be many things that will come to light which may otherwise not be told openly.
On limited budget, I would encourage that you bring in inclusiveness and do some small treats like office snacks and one day a outing like lunch or movie. This effort will make all feel looked after and you in return will get more loyalty.
Hope these suggestions gives you some ideas to customize to you organisation.
