I have completed my HR round in Mahindra Satyam, i was done with the technical round after which the HR said the tech round was positive, then follwed this HR round, it was all done very well as i am experienced professional. I haven't received any call from the guys since 1 week, what might have been the problem, basically the HR said that they will contact to the delivery head and come back but no calls till date.

Hi nskumar, you must get call if you clear all rounds,MS people got lot’s of project in which some are in pipeline. wait two more weeks i hope this is what we can do

If they are not approching you ... u should call and ask politely 4 the clear feedback....always communicate which will slove all ypur confusion
