Definitely great excel awareness to collate and check all data.
A previous experience in using standard software’s always helps.
A reasonable amount of logic to understand the flow of software’s.
A clarity of what is available and what is required for smooth functioning.
The base of all above skills is having a strong ethical background , interest in people and keenness to learn. A well appointed HR can change the ROI within an organization. Sadly, we don’t hire or look for such talents in HR. We are busy to just fill positions and find someone with experience but no expertise or smartness.
