Dear Member,
If your establishment is covered under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 & is less than five years old then go through section 16 to see for which of the accounting years you are required to pay bonus to the eligible employees.

I got probation on 13/06/2016 and bonus deduction started.
I got confirmation on 13/12/2016 and
I was resigned my job on 03/08/2017.
So my previous employer give me bonus for the year JUN 2016 to MAR 2017.
and remaining will be in SEP OR OCT 2017.
As I resigned , employer have to gave me all deductions with full and final settlement or not.
