RESIGNATION & REINSTATEMENT CAN NOT GO HAND IN HAND. ANY RESIGNATION WHICH IS SUBMITTED FOR GETTING REINSTATED IS NOT A RESIGNATION.
ON reinstatement employee has to submit fresh resignation for getting relived from services.
