I would like to introduce myself as Keshava.
I am joining as a Manager HR in one company so i am attending interview within this week, Pls can u guide me, what are all the possible interview questions and what are all the activities involved in day to day administration ? Main thing i want to know is information about PF & ESI, how to calculate and compensation package, that is salary breakup for say Rs. 10,000 p.m and at what percentage the PF, ESI & Tax are calculated ?
