Companies sometimes offer a large part of compensation in the form of equity. How should I as a recruiter charge for recruitment services if stock options constitute a major component of the CTC, as in the case of startups?

Can someone share the "phrasing" of such a clause in agreement, so that I don't miss out on compensation?
