Thank you very much for your immeidate reply, I dont know how we break the union up to 50 employees only in union. they are creating so many problems for the past two years. Kindly help us to break the union and work peaceful

Dear Chitra,
You cannot break the union. Find out what are the issues / demands of the union and put it forth with the management. If the management is comfortable with the demands them the work should be back on track.
If not you can have a discussion between representatives of Management and Union and reach a mutually beneficial decision.
As far as you are concern try to be neutral to both on the face value so that both the parties trust you.
Handling a union is a very slow and tedious process.
I am assuming that the union is properly registered, if not the its illegal.
