EPF Withdrawal Issues - "Claim Rejected MEMBER WAS AN EPS MEMBER IN PREVIOUS ESTT WHEREAS NON EPS MEMBER IN PRESENT ESTT"

I'm having the same issue and I also out of India with no employment, Mine also got rejected with similar reason. does anyone found any way to withdraw??

1) pervious service member is eps member and in present service member eps amount is not deducted
