to be on better side it would be better, can deduct but don't show the Employer's part of PF & ESI in your salary register/wages register . Because as per Labour welfare legislation the PF and ESI part of Employer should be deducted form the employee salary. In context of CTC although these are inclusive.

Dear Friends,
Thanks for your valuable replays. But, as per my knowledge we shouldn't show Employer ESI contribution as part of CTC. Two methods are there.
1) While calculating employee cost to the company we can show Employer ESI contribution also as part of cost to the company.
2) When we offering package to the candidate we can't show as part of his offering package.
Please clarify if anything wrong.
Regards,
Raghav

While displaying CTC to attract a prospective employee, companies generally throw in a plethora of perks and benefits.
However a line should be drawn. Although, employer's contribution towards PF can be shown in CTC; the administrative cost etc. for PF, should not be shown as CTC.
Warm regards.
