Greeting to all..

i would like to say that i am shortly going to start my career in HR field but

i feel that i have very less knowledge in HR field as well as General awareness of industry , market and politics .

when i was student i never like politics but now feels that its vital for industry and its mixed in blood of any industry.

without it you can not forward one step ahead and its also effect your communication skills because you don't have vast knowledge of topic and area so u ll not able to speak much in any topic. you can not give a strong example.

now my query is this ::

how i can improve it very fast. so it ll help me. and i can enhance my communication skill ??

is it vital to know very deep knowledge of your area politician profile.

if yes then how and which point i have to must know??

now these days i am watching news channels regularly but what about past story.???

how i can get correct info of industry??? sound knowledge of particular area.????

how should i start to searching ....

i am thinking to make a diary for it and i ll make my own short notes !!!!!!!

it ll help or not ?????
