I speaktruth you may believe or not do you really know what happens really? who gets high salary ??? whether they work or not??? Come on just search in internet for harassment cases done by HR on other employees, if this was done by some other employee daily asking abt PAY HR wud not have been so cool to explain but wud hav taken action,,,
why different behaviour for diff people this is discrimination

- Let us not assume too many things. Neither I nor you know full details of the case. We do not know both about employer and employee. Possibly anyone under circumstances will suggest that be fair and transparent and take a decision based on merits of the case.
- Obviously we can not suggest and justify wrong and malafied actions only because HR treats employees in a unfair manner in some other company or for that matter even in same company.
- Our advise always should be based on principals. In case things are going wrong we should condemn them and try to correct them instead of advising same retaliatory wrong actions.
