i heard that esic ceiling which is going to be increase is applicable from 1st apr 10,till date i have no notification in this regard.if some body have document regard this please post it.

There is no notification issued from the ESIC departmetn regardiong applicability date. SO now feel relax when it come to inforcement than automatical published in public and all over

Every one for past one month is talking of this issue.
pls.be informed all these official level talks & discussion or proposal will not have any implication.
ESIC has to issue circular to all units or public notification in mass media, then only units are liable to act. This is fundamental right.Henceforth, pls when we discuss, pls.inform members that these are the proposal only.Also being HR professional we should understood the process that any change in law is required notification & public circular from concerned departments.Even if any local official demanded, we have right to ask notification copies.Or atleast, notification should be displayed in local office notice board and their offcial web site.

Employee Share is now 1.75%
Employer Share is now 4.75%
More private and superspeciality hospitals have been signed on to provide treatment to all the subscribers.
This will work out more cheaper than mediclaim. For details contact us on
