The five hints are much harder to memorize than the actual numbers for the code.... What kind of person remembered the hints and not the numbers?! Who can answer that?

dear nash!
finally i got the answer but initially when i tried to solve your puzzle and i found a different answer, just because of the confusion with respect to the constraint given (3rd constraint)
(let us take it the 5 digit be abcdef)
you have given that,
" ' the first no. is one less' than the twice of the 2nd number"
that implies a - 1 = 2 * b
but if we take it so, we will be getting a wrong code!
but we obtain the result only when we take
as a = (2*b) - 1
this implies a+1 = 2*b
(SO it should have been given as "first no. is one more than twice the second number)
this confusion happened!
Am i correct? or this shows my poor language!?
ha ha.............!
anyway thanks a lot!
good initiative !
have the same courage!
