Dear Roopa
Please go through <link no longer exists - removed> and you can get some idea about framing the policy for your Guest House.
(i) Detail a person who can be responsible for the GH.
(ii) He will maintain the details of Occupants of the GH.
(iii) List out the amenities provided to each occupants and in General to the GH
(iv) Make someone responsible for the furniture provided in the GH in General and the Occupants will individually be responsible for the facilities provided by company and any damage caused will be deducted from the concerned occupant.
(v) Keep a servant who can maintain the GH (Cleaning, Washing, etc.,)
(vi) Maintain the records for Cleaning materials consumption and procure the same as and when required by the GH.
