Hi,
You need to elaborate your role in the above tasks.
For example what will be your role related to the task travelling.. you will be co-ordinating with the Travel Agent to book tickets or you book tickets by your own.
Training co-ordination : Make it in-depth. How will you identify training requirement ? Who will conduct training and will be your role on training.
House Keeping responsibilities / Event and celebration activity : Like above activities elaborate your role in these activities also.

Dear Sonia Negi,
While measuring the work done, we need to measure either the costs or ratios associated with the individual or department or organisation. The measurement of the costs and ratios is called as KRAs. Additionally, each KRA should meet the SMART principle also. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound. A KRA that does not meet the SMART principle is not a KRA at all.
Now find out what is the measurable component in the activities you have mentioned. For further information, you may refer to the following reply:

Otherwise, I have been giving replies on the concept of KPIs, KRAs, PMS etc for years together. You may click the following link to refer to one of the replies:
