sir i am working in manufacturing unit is under the project & presently only 15 staff member are working excluded the contract labour so my question whether necessary to take pf registration or not

We are a small scale unit under PF act when we had employed 40 blue collar workers and 15 white collar staff. At present we have 14 Blue collar workers and 5 white collar staff. Do we still fall under PF act?

establishment once registered under EPF/ESIC can not opt out of it, even on zero employment they have to pay the minimum administrative challan every month for EPF

it can be surrendered after permanent closure of the establishment
