I am opening a bpo / call centre in Delhi Ncr .
For which the registrations & necessary license work has already been completed .
And now i am looking forward to design a job hierarchical structure .
If any top experienced person over here could help me with that by providing or sharing any attachment would really be appreciable .
One more thing in starting we are planning to start with only 30-50 no of employees.
