Can someone confirm what all can be included in CTC which we generally offer to the employees as per prevailing practices in Indian Industries i.e. can we include Mobile Phone expenses, Medical Reimbursement Indicative amount (which is 80% of the actual routine expenses on medical ground as per Medical benefit policy), Life Insurance Premium Amount, Indicative Incentive Amount etc.

How actual incurred expenses by employee will be part of CTC? Rather you should provide such allowances in CTC.

As rightly said by Mr. Prashant Ingawale, If you are paying benefits to the employee as allowance on monthly or annually basis then you can show it as a part of CTC. But please make sure to show only amount which are been paid to the employee and not the amount which you may pay. Such as don't show amount of gratuity as a part of CTC because it is only applicable after service of 5 Years.
