Dear Dr. Smitha,
I found your presentation both informative and well structured, so we can follow the issues and understand the topic. This I congragulate you. Of course if your other units are made available, it would be most useful to us.
I am a trainer and I am still trying to find the balance between presentation techniques in PPT slides and the need to provide information. Gone are the days when trainers provide a set of handout notes and then use PPT/OHP as training aid. Now we just combine and give a simpler version of our slides.
This raises a problem Many trainer will say we need to have simple slides (3 point max, less words and more information etc.) and give more of ourselves in the presentation. Yet we find it difficult to produce the handout notes. Can someone suggest where the balance is?
That aside, I found the file given contains a lot of information but it would be quite an eye-full for the participants. Were they used in a training session?
Continue with your valuable contribution and I look forward to more from you.
Regards,
Steve
