I have done my B-Tech IT in 2006 and doing recruitment for the past 3 years and want to do MBA HR via Distance learning in Symbiosis/IGNOU. Please suggest me, Should I go for MBA HR or into MBA IT which can lead me into project coordinator or PMO or Business Analyst(Coz from IT background)??

as of now you have the experience in recruitment from last 3 years right it is better you go fro MBA HR coz,,now companies are hiring the manager hr in IT companies on the basis of the recruiter(your recruitment feild )experience so you can go for MBA HR you have a very good oppertunity ......

i also have completed my B.tech Ec in the year 2008. and after that did some small courses in india itself . then by 2010 reached gulf and now working in a company. now i feel i should have gone for higher studies. job is not at all my goal which i should have chosen. i am also planning to do MBA distant learning. its a good idea .
