Hello Everybody,
Am getting into a role where i am required to do staffing or scheduling for a process...can anyone of you help me with some basics and guidelines or for the matter...as to how to do ..Would be of great help....I would be handiling a group of 30 people..who would be working on a shift system...

I recommend you read my article "Seven Best Practices for Employee Scheduling" which I've attached and also appears on this forum. I also recommend you do not do this manually as you can use a free software such as DRoster Employee Scheduling Software to help you and save you lots of time and headache!
