Hi,
I would suggest to Change your job. First of all please focus on your core job and identify your expert area then wait for the right opportunity to come. And when it comes discuss about the profile and grab it.
Good luck.

Dear Sapna,
I would like to suggest you that now job change is not a good decision for you as you have just three months of experience in the respective concern. HR is a daily learning process and you will learn lot many new things when you encounter with the changing environment of the company and employees. Stay some more time in the concern - enjoy what you are doing - try to take more what you can do - take a challenge to improve your own work with new methodology.
As you are the only HR in the concern so its a opportunity for you to introduce new things in HR Department
Regards.

I had the same situation with you two years ago when I joioned current company as HR staff. I felt so tired and nothing no grow in my job. My teacher advised that I should stay there at least for 1.5-2 years.I followed my teacher's instruction and stayed there until now.
My experience is we can study many things from people around us: from colleagues, from your boss,.. All experiences are valued!!!!

Hey Sapna,

Well you just saw that Satheesh an BE, MBA is ready to take up job with you.

This shows how in demand your position is and you are lucky one to have that.

So, my suggestion, relax. In due course you will add value slowly to your organisation. Infact, I must say you are lucky to have such a small team to start with. Take it from me...its much easy to experiment with small team then with big team.

IF PF/ESIC is handled by accounts, so what, you can learn from them by assisiting them in the clerk work. Take it from me, one becomes master by doing things and so is with all the HR activities like PF. ESIC, Bonus, OT calculation, Payroll submission, employee welfare activities, employee skills upgradation, skills mapping. Besides, you can also be a partner in business by evaluating the sales staff/staff in general of the performance vis-a-viz the business targets/requirements.

Important Note: HR is all about Human Relations and not only learning the tools and techniques; which at times benefits only the system, and not human. You can master human relations only when being with them. Thing about that.

Wish you all the best.

Regards
