Hi All,
What is the difference between guaranteed bonus and MBO?
We have signed an agreement with an organisation (we are HR consulting company) which specifies the following
Annual gross remuneration includes (salary, guaranteed bonuses and allowances).
But they have Management by objectives in the payslip. I do not find the word guaranteed bonus.
Is Guaranteed bonus and Management by objectives (MBO) one and the same?

Hi Sridevi,
Guaranteed Bonus and MBO are not same thing but this company might be using both the terms in place of one another..
Here is a link which can help you understand MBO in detail...

I'm sure it will be of assistance...
