beautiful one .. applies to many of the organisations.. we habituate to same work process in many of the daily or long term activities.. we know that way is right and we can succeed but we never thinks is there any alternative or easy way to get the things done in desired manner or do we really need to do the same way or can we try in any other or better way ?
most of the managers not accepting juniors or new members of their teams if they have any better ideas .. beacuse they are habituate and have enough experince and expertise in existing system.. fear of failur / lack of innovation or laziness brought by the success you can name it any way ..:-)
i myself witnessed this thought process and diffenetly sucess kills creativity .. please think beyond the comfort jones :-) invite creative thinking and add beauty and freshlook to the system.

Yes of course Mr. Nagarjuna even i too experienced the same while i was working
Manager will not satisfy with my style of work. He asked me to worked in his style i won't think what ever style we work the Output is important rather than input or type of work. Many cannot understand about it so the freshers are not getting opportunities to improve their skill
Anyways your feedback was very nice. Thank you for your feedback
Have a nice day :)

Nice ppt, Amirtha.
Yes, once we find the way, we often dont think or our quest ends for any alternative way-out.
However, in the given case, it is a bit too hypothetical, as I had also thought of the other route.

@PBS Kumar you are absolutely everyone even from entry level to CEO level they should know how to utilize the talent. But now a days people won't get chance to prove themselves one because of fear another one because of rejection so whomever it may be they should come out of that then only they can succeed
