1) Know-all, high maintainence, bossy people
2) People who just dont open up
3) Highy emotional people who start crying at the drop at the hat
4) People who will never believe that they have problem which is causing problems to others.
Also, how do you resolve inter-team problems such as between the QA and the Development. These teams are perpetually at war! One team's job is to find "bugs" in the others and this in a lot of times leads to ego clashes!!
Any ideas, any views would help :)

don't interrupt..
ask questions wen they stop talking....
ur aim shd be to learn frm such ppl by making them talk..

how do u deal with cunning ppl...who will share the office responsibilities (minuscule to major tasks) only if they gain from it
will pretend to be lazy...but are actually hardworking if they see their gain.

After a long time the site permit to open, but I am surprise for the change. I am happy for the up gradation , but I lost many thing. Because when I am waiting for some answer the site of cityhr give it to me through download facility. Now I wait for the answer but there is no download option.
In this case I request to authority please give this facility for us.
