Conflict is one that takes between two or more due to difference of opinions. It is not possible to finish off the conflicts in any organization (even if it is having only two or three employees). As every human is product of his own heredity and environment, so it is not possible to have people with same set of thoughts for all the situations they come across in the daily life.
Many times these conflicts give rise to new opinions, which may be of better use. But one thing, these conflicts should not become the hindrance in achievement of organizational objectives. Conflict should not always be taken in the wrong way. We can’t have an ideal situation among the humans. So we should try that the level of any conflict be in healthy limits.
