Dear Rajesh, Without knowing what happened during the induction training, how can we help you? The best way is to write a draft and seek help to improve it.

Dear Seniors,
I have joined as Manager -Adv at HO,but being a new employee to the company I was given a schedule of three days induction to go the plant .There I was supposed to see the manufacturing process, visit different departments Viz. P & A, General Office, Dispensary, Sales & Marketing, Accounts & Finance etc, meet with all senior management, see the work culture . Now I have to submit the report on the same about what I have seen there & about the knowledge I have gained about the company, I made a detailed report of the visit in word format starting from first day morning to last day, but I need to submit the same in good presentation format .
kindly help with few samples even.

Dear Rajesh, Like I said earlier, prepare a draft presentation and then seek help to improve that.

Means that you donot want to learn anything of the organisation, its process, practices, systems, etc, etc., and to copy a report & file it with HRD to satisfy the requirements. This defeats the entire concept of the process called induction training. In fact we spends more than 4 hours with the new inductee with his/her report/ presentations, to evaluate the learnings. This process helps for corrections from employer's prespective also.
My request to others is to not answer to foolish queries, which will only help in down-toning one's career. Take this in true spirit.

Absolutely good guidance Mr. Anand. This should be the way of training. If he becomes a copy-cat from the day 1 - what can a business organisation expect from such recruits. jump in the water u will learn to Swim.

Rajesh
Pls start with programme of visit with time schedules and time spend
then cover each dept and just put down points on what u have seen/understood
after this draw/ list out connnections between each of this dept
your comments on overall functioning of each dept and your role /present job function wrt that dept
you can limit or add as per reqmnt
