Hi,its not good for your career.you should not resign without having offer in your hand. But it seems in your last company you were facing some problems.

Hi Anonymous,
Since you are serving the notice period you can make a request to your superiors to withdraw your resignation.
The other option is obviously to search for a new job. It goes without saying that a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.
So the correct thing to do is to make sure that you get a new job before you leave what you have. Experience will certainly
improve your decision making in the future.

Hello,
The right or wrong depends on your priorities. Sometimes what happen we choose to manage the personal issues first and for that we take some unwanted or some hard decisions that affects to career but that time if it is the only way to handle the personal problem then your decision is the right one because with your experience and knowledge you can get another job. But if you took this decision just randomly or by mixing the personal and professional issues then that was a wrong decision. In this case, you can go for the ways which Mr. V.Raghunathan specified in his comments.
Thanks.

Gd evening Bhavya,
You have taken a right decision why because personal life is important than
present job. Nothing to worry without offer letter you have resigned.
As a new / fresher you can get more opportunities as the world wide.
Wish you all the best.
