The type of Happiness discussed in the PPT is very short lived and ephemeral. What we shoould aspire for and important is Absolute Happiness.
Absolute Happiness is not the absence of problems and difficult circumstances it is the confidence and belief that no matter what, we can over come this situation. It is the stage of our life where we rather welcome these adversities with joy and smile to explore our hidden potential to fight another challenging situation. This makes the living without any fear and regret :)
