Hi All
i am facing problem in defining the incentive structure (financial & non-financial) for my organization. Our company deals in medicine raw material manufacturing and the health care side as well e.g. mineral water, bio gas, pharmacies etc.
i would appreciate if you guys could help me out that what type of incentive can be considered which could be helpful in employee motivation and on the other side cost effective as well.

Dear CHR,
I have been visting your sites and receiving your newsletters which are very very interesting and highly useful for professionals like us. I would love to get myself updated on all issues concerning business environments through your daily newsletters. thanks a tonne.
Further, I would like some one to kindly indicate/guide me on the break - up of components for a CTC of Rs. 15.00 lakhs/annum. The components suggested should be income tax exempted as far as possible or to the maximum extent possible, so that the employee concerned would stand to benefit.
regards

A good and useful presentation for all the HR Officials. Similarly can some one make available a comprehensive safety manual for construction companies. Thanks in advance.
