Hi!
I think its a brilliant contribution.............a real value-adding bit.
I wanted to know something more on this subject.
Do we handover a copy of this plan to the new recruit on his/her first day after fixing his appointments and let him find his way through it??? I don't think it wud be possible to depute someone with him throughout.
We have started recruiting laterally only recently. So we have people joining in at any date and any numbers join in an month. What's the best way to go forward wrt to their induction in such a case???
Pls suggest.
thanks & regards,

Dear Archana,
Think you have raised a good question, because we all face the same problem while in operation.. that new joining takes place even while Induction
program is not going on and we can't arrange the same for a single person..
Yes, you are very correct.. we must provide them the employee handbook containing all the policy and rules of the organisation.. and later on when Induction program of next batch occurs..
Hope it must have solved your query upto some extent..
Regards,
Amit Seth.

Dear Archana,
There is no need to depute any person for the induction, this practice is wastage of time n person so no need for it just ask them to meet the concern Department Head and onwards he/she will guide and give induction about their department.
just i had mentioned the date in pre-written insted of that you may let it blank and writedown yourself when you have any candidate for induction this would be great practices i think
do ask me if you have any confusion at
