Where we have to consider Rs. 7000/-, Actual Basic/- and where Minimum Wages of for Bonus Calculation.

As per the amemedment act we need to calculate the bonus on Rs.7000 or the minimum wages payable for the respective industry. hence if the minimum wages payable is greater than rs.7000 , then the bonus is to be calculated on the minimum wages.
