hi to all!
frienz this is an professional site where humour is also welcome!
but i think taht my fellow professional will go by me when i say that it is unnecessary as it results in sheer waste of time to float PPTs which add little value and is posted and reposted time and again in both this and other sites.
please act responsibly and post articles and PPTs which add value to one and all. we are all professionals, so it is good to post something original for the benefit of all and not just act as copy agents.
this request is not only to Arun but to all the members of citehr.

Hi Debashree,
I absolutely agree with you when you say " Lets not waste time on junk ppts " i believe that is what you mean to say. But Mr.Arun has sent something which fortunately or unfortunately pictures the HR Deparment of current organisations. I think we need to think beyond the sad status projected in the cartoons and try to learn a lesson from them... ( that's what cartoons are meant to be...)
I really admire and appreciate your professionalism. But at the same time I feel we can bear with our dear friends who would like to share their experience with us;after all its not possible to present something which is new to every one.

hi arun and binzy! :)
when i sent you the earlier mail :? the intention was not to spoil your efforts of sharing what you desired across friends and colleagues..Fun :D is an important spice of life and according to me should be encouraged to add humour and smiles  to mundane and routine way of living :? but the purpose was simply to deliver across the message to all members of this site to update themselves and be regular with the mails tht are posted on the site or else what happens is it becomes a matter of repitation to people who go through it regularly but for few who find it amusingly new after may be 10 posting of same material.
but even if after explaining my point some people do not understand the true intention of my mail i am sorry and apologise to not have understand the other way.
