The idea of this time sheet is very gud,Even I want to share something in concern to this.I work for an IT company,Which has prepared a time sheet of its own ,all the 3 sheet you have send,+attendence+projects details+project running cte.really this is very beneficial.We are able to even find out the efficiency for our employees.

I have downloaded, viewed the Time sheet Templates. Not merely that, I have started using them for our Executive time monitoring, and aggregating the constructive hours of work one puts in. The Employee OT sheet is also very useful.
The same formats could further be modified for a variety of purposes, by tailor-making them to suit each need.
