As per your request I made a look on the Leave Policy attachment.First examine which are the Central & State Acts are applicable to your unit relating to the entitlement,grant, accumulation, encashment etc. of different kinds of leaves in relation to the workers/employees working with you. If is not contrary to the Acts & Rules applicable to your establishment/unit then we also do not have any objection on the applicability of this policy in your unit.
