A company has not submit his factory act return last 3 to 4 years & the company not make leve register last 10 years.What is the problem face company in future. What is the action take labour inspector in this matter.

Non submission of annual returns & non maintenance of Leave with wages register attracts violation of The Factories Act & Rules & hence action for non compliance is to be taken by the Inspector of Factories & not by the Labour Inspector. He can prosecute the occupier & the Factory Manager for these violations.
