6 month- 7K- 7.5K
1 year-- 8K to 10 K
2 years- 11k- 16K
Variable component is to be included on the basis of target acheivment.

Hi,
Well the incentive structure comprises of an individual performace incentive as well as a team incentive it generally depends on the salary a person is drawing and then the target would be 7 times his/her salary.
for e.g. A draws 10 k his target would be 70 k p.m. and 210 k per quarter
Incentives are give %age wise i.e. if A achieve his target he would be elgible for an incentive and the amount would be calculated at 6 % so he would get an approx amount of 12k.
This is basically how the incentive structure works out!
Any other info needed i am always there to help.

well we specialize into doing middle and senior level requirements in the IT, BFSI, Engineering & Telecom division

well on every placement we have a %age and that generally depends upon te yrs of exp it could range anywhere between 10 to 16.6 %

They are offering me 6500...so how much will i get in hand in this case???
should I negotiate and ask for 10k...in calcutta???plz plzzzzzz HELP.I have to join nxt mnth!
