Hi ,
Its for all the HR in this forum ,
IF a person have a Degree from Private University and there is a 8 years gap between his 12th and Degree completion , but solid 9 years of IT experience in a TOP MNC company .. Will he be given a chance to work for TCS if he performs well in the interview and justify why there was a gap and what he was doing in that period ?
or
Does TCS only take full time graduates ?
Awaiting for your response ppl .
Thanks again .

Dear friend,
I don't know the policy of any Indian MNC in IT or ITES field regarding recruitment. But, one thing I am sure is that they insist on consistency both in the pursuit of the studies and performance. It is because of the availability of more no of freshers in the employment market in India. Since you are in the U.S, a possibility for relaxation of the rule is there, if the Company has another policy by convention or Law of the host country for earmarking certain percentage of recruitment from among the locals. Again it will be a matter of demand and supply.
