This is a very critical question. We are right now in a kind of 50-50 situation, if what would happen if the TLs are terminated?
Of course, for an outsider it is an attrition, but yes the inside part is that we need to freshen up.
Attrition is sort of a filtering process. If the company is in the right direction with all the systems and policies in place, then for some few rotten apples sake, the company should not compromise on the stringent policy.
