In our organization more than 70 employees not yet applied for ESIC smart card.. we have received a warning call from the ESIC office regarding this issue.. so for that i need to send a reminder mail to all these employees to apply for smart card as soon as possible..

You can write a mail to all head of departments requesting them to pass this information to there department employees and display the same Notice board so that workers can read this. also mention benefits of the smart card.

We had arranged the photo session for smart card of the employees of one of our client in the company premises itself. The strenght of employees was around 110. I'm not sure if they still visit the company location for photo sessions. Let me know the location of your company, and I'll check the same with ESIC.

Once ESIC people visit your office for photo session they won't visit again. Send a mail to all department heads describing the benefits of smart card and try to convince them that they are paying money for it. It is necessary to get smart card for all employees who comes under ESIC slab.

You have no other way than to take photos at your local ESI office.
All the ESI offices are equipped with net cameras to photograph your employee's family.
You can inform your employees accordingly.

You talk to your management and take approval for a day's permission for all those employees who have to apply for smart card, if you can't call the esic officials to your works. As the process may take half-day to one-day. This is a statuary requirement and you need to comply with it.

Hr people should get the details from all employees first. Then enter it in on line and get IP numbers. It will valid for 6 months. In the mean time you have to arrange(request your ESIC) photo session in your office or sent the employees to ESIC office.
