Hi All,
I am working as a Soft skills trainer and my major part of the training is to get the students prepared for the interview.
One area that really puzzles me is the Lay-Out of a Resume. Though the general structure of the resume and the do's and don'ts are very evident, i personally feel the lay-out also matters quite a lot.
can someone please share your thoughts and give me ideas.
Another question for which i get quite different answers is - what is the difference between a Resume/CV and Biodata...
Please share your insights on this too
Thanks,
Madhumathi

Dear Madhumathi,
May I please ask a few questions before giving you an answer.
How long have you been working as a trainer? What qualifications do you have?
The mere fact that you have posted a question here indicates that you know how to handle computers. Had you only taken the trouble to search CiteHR for previous posts by using the "research" facility, or even searched the web, you would have found an answer at https://www.citehr.com/286178-differ...-bio-data.html
Have a nice day.
