I am an ex Army Officer myself now on my own. The best way to get suitable officers would be to contact Director General Resettlement. Like in Pune they have a Deputy Director, they would have one in Bangalore, one in Chandigarh, one in Lucknow, one could be in Mumbai, one in Kolkata, one in Udhampur etc.
