Please find the below attachment for Salary Structure. Further if i explain that structure then i would say that Basic is 50% in Metro Cities and 40% in other cities but in metro cities too sometimes according to companies policies bacis can be between 40 to 50 %.
And in many companies Medical reimburesement and conveyance are fixed 1250 and 800.
HRA is always 50% of basic and special Allowance also 50% of Basic.
LTA is always a basic of one month for a year or basic / 12 so one month LTA will come out.
And PF is 12% of Basic always.
Please see the below attachment and go through with the formula in excel sheet in most of the companies basic (40 to 50%) is decided randomly to come to certain CTC as demanded by the candidate.
For Expample suppose a candidate ask for 25000 CTC then put in basic such amount so that CTC will come out 25000 due to formula in excel sheet. I hope this will help you out, it is in very simple form.
