Hi Seniors, My doubt is reg. leave, suppose an employee took CL for 12th 13th 14th and 15th but actually 14th is a holiday, that day will be considered as a leave or holiday. If it is sl or pl which one should we take. Any holiday that falls between two CL's will be considered as what? Kindly send your valuable responses reg this at the earliest. Its very urgent.

in case of Paid leave/EL/AL whatever name you call ,inbetween leave to be excluded while counting leave.whereas in
case of CL/SL it is your internal management policy as law is not clear.this i have given clarification in case of factories
because law is vey wide in case of leaves as different states have different provisions of leave in case of shop and establishment.
