What does the Company expect from Summer Trainees?

Dear All,

The Summer Internships are about to start and many organisations offer Summer Projects to Campus students.

I would like to know from the members what exactly is the expectation of the industry from the summer trainees.

Hi Rohan,
the industry actually look for a candidate who has a very good basic technical knowledge and definitely has the urge to learn....they dont expect that the candidate will know everythng but wat actually is seen whetr the candidate knows clearly wat actually he was taught in the total time of course....
i thnk you are going to face it ...is it so...

Expectation depends also on the time available.
Students who have short period of internship may not be able take up take up big projects due to time constraint.
