Dear All,

I am a new member to this site & am really impressed the way knowledge is shared here. I have to prepare a calender of Themes and Events for the year in my company. Can anyone help me with theme of the month, any games or any activity which can be conducted in the company. The idea behind it is to motivate & improve the performance of the employees.
