1) about management
2) interview or the comments of the important person of your company
3) about the progress compnay had made
Part- II
4) New hr policies
5) the Employee of the month
6) the Birthday of the months
7) New joinnnes in company.
8) achievemnt the employees have make
Part-III
1) some articles related to the motivations like the Leadership skills and the new updation in the comapny
you can divide this into diff section the first one for Managemnt- any announcemnt they have to make or they want to say anything to people and then the People- about the employees whorking for the company so that they also feel motivated and lastly the part 3 - so that everyone who reads the article may get or thinks that they have learned something or gained like some that help them to grow...

Like to add some thing…..
Firstly make the same on Power Point it will look more Professional….
Secondly, Don Not show the mention resignation of employee as that will discourage the present employee; if you want to add ; will a sad face who will leave us (do not use resignation ) us some other work
Thirdly, start a new page with diff content like if you are writing about the New Development mark the heading as New Enhancements January 2008
Rest I will read the material and let you know. other wise you have done a great job.
